6” Suspension Systems – 2007 Chevrolet/GMC 1/2 ton Silverado/Sierra pickup 4WD

Coldwater, MI—March 15, 2007—These BDS suspension systems are complete packages. New 1/4" thick steel, one piece front a rear crossmembers are used to increase frame rigidity and ease installation. New steering knuckles are included to correct steering geometry to O.E. angles. New coil over strut cylinder with 18 mm shaft. A differential skid plate is included that not only protects your differential, but also locks the main front and rear crossmembers together. Compression struts are also included for off road protection. Choose an IFS system with rear block and add-a-leaf or an IFS rear leaf spring system. Other options include rear gas shocks and front stainless brake lines.

Coldwater, MI—January 9, 2007—BDS Suspension’s 4” suspension lift kit options for the 2005-2007 Dodge 2500 Powerwagon include a standard kit and a long arm kit both with the option of rear blocks or rear Glide-Ride leaf springs. All the kits come with 4" Pro-Ride coil springs, greasable upper and lower control arms, extended urethane bump stops, dropped pitman arm, upper control arm relocation brackets, anti-sway bar links, brake line relocation brackets and track bar relocation. The long lower control arms, included in the long arm kits, increase control and reduce steering wheel movement both on and off road. Optional accessories include a steering stabilizer, stainless brake lines, traction bars, triple front shocks, and dual rear shocks.

Coldwater, MI—September 13, 2006—BDS Suspension has expanded it’s line of differential guards to include protection for Dana 30, Dana 35, Dana 44-Jeep, Dana 60, and Chrysler 8.25 differentials. The guard’s tight clearance design offers full protection without hindering approach angle or ground clearance. Each kit includes a 7/8” solid steel ring with 5/8” solid supports and stainless steel, black painted, button head fasteners.

Jeep Sway Bar Disconnects Designed for One Handed operation

BDS Sway Bar Disconnects allow one handed operation to disconnect your sway bar and leaves no loose parts. A lower ball & socket joint allows you to connect or disconnect your sway bar easily and a lanyard is included to retain the sway bar when disconnected. A urethane hourglass upper bushing allows for controlled flex. The stainless steel coil spring is pre-loaded to eliminate any rattle. An adjustable length bar allows you to fine tune your sway bar angle.
